Mission Statement
The purpose for which this Non-profit Corporation is formed is to promote and improve the title insurance business, including without limitation, the following:Â
1.
To collect, analyze and disseminate to the corporation's members information relating to real estate titles.
2.
To assist in educating and training employees and agents of members of the corporation in title examining, closing and other related functions.
3.
To further ethical conduct, promote economy and efficiency, and assist members of the corporation in relation to common problems arising in the industry
4.
To perform such other duties and functions as may be incidental to the best interests of the title industry and public.
